Information for OFF ice practice
Please wear tracksuit bottoms, red T-shirts and fleeces.
Hair will be in Buns
Practices will be held
at ice rink
Can you also please bring £1 with you each so we
can pay for the room hire
Water Bottles!!! (no fizzy juice orSweets)
for ON ice practice
Please can you ensure that correct kit is worn to all practices
Please attend every practice possible (if there is good reason please inform Amanda
or Keith 24hrs in advance where possible)
Bring
a snack with you on the days we have off ice before on ice so you do not get hungry(sandwich of Fruit not sweets)
Water bottles will be essential as everyone will be working very hard (you all
know how much work we have to do!!) If
